• Shaped the firm's investor-relations marketing strategy from ownership data and historic meeting trends.
• Prepared high-level briefing reports for senior management, including the CEO, CFO and COO, ahead of investor meetings and earnings.
• Coordinated the development and distribution of highly confidential earnings materials on a fixed quarterly clock, with no room for a leak or a late delivery.
• Coordinated earnings-call preparation across the calendars of twelve senior executives, working through their executive assistants and their teams.

Russian Direct Investment Fund·Moscow, Russia

• Recruited by the fund's CEO for a temporary engagement supporting its Davos presence, and asked to stay on as Vice President.
• Led programming and outreach for top-tier investor and government events, including a private meeting convening investors representing more than $3 trillion in assets under management.
• Overhauled the firm-wide contact database, improving efficiency and accuracy across the investor relations function.

World Economic Forum·New York, NY

• Promoted from logistics point of contact for the global investor community to managing relationships and negotiating partnership agreements with institutional private equity, hedge fund and venture capital investors; primary contact for roughly 30 investors.
• Developed content, casting and on-site agenda management for high-level private meetings, public panels and public-figure delegations across Davos and twelve regional events, where schedules moved continuously and across time zones.
